Tuesday 7/28

What a great Tuesday! We began our day with cereal and cinnamon rolls for breakfast—yum! Cabins worked hard to clean their cabins before heading out for their morning activities. Even with a little bit of rain, everyone had a blast! We had such a great time playing bingo, basketball, and spending time in the clubhouse.

For lunch today, we enjoyed a fan favorite: corndogs, mac and cheese, broccoli, and brownies! After some time inside for rest period, everyone headed to their third- and fourth-period activities when the rain stopped and the sun finally came out!

Everyone had a blast at climbing, slides and swings, and pickleball. During cabin time, campers and counselors enjoyed spending time together at activities around camp. Tonight for dinner, we had lasagna, breadsticks, and Caesar salad. We even had a few dinosaurs running around the dining hall! This, of course, means Dinosaur Egg Hunt!

Cabins were divided into two teams and searched around camp for dinosaurs while trying to find their dinosaur eggs to earn points for their team. Congratulations to the Black Team for winning!!

After evening program and store, we enjoyed a few very special staff skits before heading over to vespers. The Wichita cabin prepared a great vespers for us this evening, and we can't wait to see what Wednesday has in store!
