Tuesday 7/7

What another great day up at Cheerio! We started off our morning with cinnamon rolls and cereal for breakfast. Yum! After breakfast, campers went back to their cabins to begin cabin clean-up. Soon, the bugle rang, and everyone headed to their first and second activities. During activities, campers enjoyed flag football, slides and swings, and basketball!

Soon, it was time for lunch, where we had a fan favorite: corn dogs, mac and cheese, and brownies! After a delicious lunch, campers took a break during rest period before heading out to their afternoon activities.

This afternoon, campers played lots of mini golf, gaga ball, and even competed in World Cup-style soccer tournaments! They then returned to their cabins for cabin time to cool off in the pool, play dodgeball in the gym, and relax in our hammocks in Eno Village.

At dinner, we had lasagna, Caesar salad, breadsticks, and banana pudding! We even had a special visit from a few dinosaurs and dinosaur hunters! This could only mean one thing... dinosaur egg hunt!! After putting on their team colors, cabins searched around camp for dinosaurs and their eggs. Congratulations to the Black Team for winning!

We ended the night with store, a special staff skit, and a great vespers led by the Iroquois Cabin. We can't wait for another fantastic day of camp tomorrow!
