7th grade science students conducted water quality tests as they took part in a special lab with guest scientist Ms. Atwood. During this two-part lab, students discovered first-hand how water quality tests, such as pH, turbidity, ammonia, and chemical oxygen demand, are used to ensure healthy aquatic environments in our local waterways.
