Today was another amazing day here at camp! We kicked things off with a delicious breakfast of warm chicken biscuits that hit the spot and gave everyone the energy to start the day. After that, it was time for cabin clean-up—everyone worked hard to make their bunks and cabin neat and tidy. Our honor cabins for the day were Mohican, Hatteras, Yavapi, and Comanche!

The morning was packed with excitement during our first two activity periods. Campers had the chance to dive into a wide variety of fun options like horseback riding, shooting skeet, and playing basketball. Whether they were on the courts, in the saddle, or out on the range, everyone found something exciting to enjoy.

The energy was high, and smiles were everywhere.

For lunch we had pasta with savory meat sauce and gooey chocolate chip cookies for dessert. Right after, we had rest period. Third period ended up being indoors due to storms, but by fourth period the skies cleared and we were able to get back outside for more fun.

Cabin time brought even more bonding—whether it was playing gaga, going to the lake, or playing in the pool, everyone got a chance to connect and unwind. For dinner, we had a flavorful stir-fry sesame chicken that was a big hit. We got to end the day on a high note, by getting store and gathering together for a cozy movie night. It was the perfect way to wind down after another full and joyful day at camp.
