Our last and final full day of 1G has unfortunately arrived...but it was still an absolutely AMAZING day!! We kick started the morning with some delicious French toast, fruit and of course a visit from our weather team telling us to wear lots of sunscreen because it was going to be a hot one! Following breakfast campers hurriedly cleaned their cabins and off to their activities they went! The pool, slide, and swings were very busy today because of the heat and lots of cannon balls were had!

After first and second period activities, it was time for cookout! We ate some yummy burgers, salad, chips, Oreos, and mango lemonade. Following cookout we had extended rest period! A great time for campers to gear up for their performances after evening program. Later campers attended their last activity periods before heading to dinner!

Dinner was a Thanksgiving classic, roast beef, green beans, mash potatoes, bread, and chocolate cake! We had a couple of Girl Scouts interrupt dinner, distraught because they lost their activity patches! So that could only mean one thing...Twighlight activities! For our evening program campers were able to roam camp and do any activity they wanted! Next, we headed to the gym to hear the final scores from cabin clean up. Shout out Sioux for winning Honor Cabin for the session! We then watched our chorus, drama, cheer, and tumble performances, the campers did such a good job! Finally, we headed down to the lake for our closing ceremony, and then back up to the gym for one last energizer, Church Clap!

It was such an amazing first week of the summer, and we hope to see everyone back next year!
