Good evening parents! We know today was the first day of your weekend, but for us at CBS, Saturdays are scheduled just like our other week days with campers going to their scheduled activities. Tomorrow (Sunday) is our special day when we'll sleep in just a little longer before breakfast and Baseline.

Tonight the whole camp gathered around to cheer on their teams again as our oldest boy campers competed in a basketball game. 

Before the game started Hogg cabin presented the game ball, Crockett cabin held the American and Texas flags, and 8 campers who volunteered earlier in the day sang the National Anthem!!

During the game, the Texas Rangers jumped out to an early lead and never gave it up, though the Rough Riders kept fighting! At half time campers from dance class performed a routine they had been working on. When the music unexpectedly cut out, campers in the stands sang the rest of the song and the girls finished their routine!! Campers had snocones and were able to play side games as well.
