Good afternoon parents!

Right now campers are wrapping up "Recharge" and preparing to walk down to the Thicket area for Oasis! This evening after activities and dinner campers will have "Compound Hangout Night" where they will do something fun with their age groups. I'll hop around to each hangout to get pictures for you!

Today I went to "Pow-Wow" with Ladybird cabin. They've been inviting me to hang out and it was so refreshing! It reminded me of all that I loved about being a camp counselor, listening to their thoughts and stories, sharing my little snipets of advice here and there. I was really impressed with their counselors too! My first campers from 2002 are turning 29 this year but in many ways the campers today are similar to the ones I remember 17 years ago!
