Tuesday 6/16

What a great day! We started the morning off with flag raising and morning watch, where we talked about friendship! Next we moved on over to the dining hall, which consisted of cereal, chocolate muffins, and grapes! Breakfast was followed by a visit from our weather team, predicting cloudy skies and a small chill. But that didn't slow us down! After breakfast everyone headed back to their cabins for cabin clean up! Good job Sioux for winning honor cabin today!

As the bugle rang everyone headed to their first and second period activities. Campers participated in soccer, lacrosse, volleyball, vertical playpen, and so much more! It was a perfect morning to be outside and running around! Soon it was time for lunch and everyone headed to the dining hall for a classic...corn dogs and Mac and cheese! And of course we had Rice Crispy Treats to top it all off! We then moved to rest period where campers had an hour to chill, write letters, and nap!

Third and fourth period activities then began and campers were off to the pool, riding ring, and fishing too! Next it was time for cabin time! Cabins went on nature hikes, hung out in eno village, and played gaga ball. It was a very eventful afternoon! Following cabin time everyone headed to dinner. Tonight we had lasagna, roasted vegetables, bread, and lemon cake! Dinner was interrupted by a very large dinosaur hunting for their egg! That could only mean one thing...Dino Egg Hunt! For evening program campers searched for dinosaur eggs (watermelon) all around camp! They then head back to the gym for store and watermelon!

As the night came to a close, we had a very special staff skit and headed to our vespers area before going to bed. It was an amazing day!
